Thank you for enrolling as a New York State Employee Testing Site.  Without community pharmacies like you, we simply couldn’t do what needs to be done to help keep New York safe.

What’s Next?

  1. We'll review and confirm application and reach out with digital "Welcome" packet - this will include training guides, support materials and FAQs
  2. Anyone added to the "staff" section of this application will receive an email to register within the Rymedi system (the system in which testing is managed)
  3. Testing kits will be provided to you at no cost.
  4. Start testing!
    • New York state employees will register, sign a consent form and receive a unique QR code via email and/or text through the SiteLabs Platform.
    • No appointments necessary; employees can simply walk in.
    • When the patient arrives at your pharmacy for testing scan the test kit QR code and the state employee’s QR code.
    • Observe the patient collection, guiding them to fill tube with saliva, seal the tube, insert tube into bag and place bag into the collection box.
    • The patient is free to leave! They will receive their results via text message or email within 48 hours.
  5. Our courier service will come by to pick up specimens.
