How to Purchase
1) Apply for a Sitelabs account by visiting the registration page.
2) After you apply, a Sitelabs team member will be in touch to collect information and provide you with a Lab Services Agreement and Account setup forms.
3) Account approval takes 1 - 2 business days after the forms are received.
4) Once approved, you can login with your account and order PCR Testing Kits.

Collection: On-Site
Collection is safer and simplified with our self-administered, highly accurate saliva kits. Nares or NP swabs are also available.
Test: At Our Labs
Daily pickup and overnight shipping in provided coolers is included. Our highly automated lab can run 100,000 tests per day.
Process: Sign Up In Three Easy Steps

2. Complete our Account Setup Form.
3. Place an order for test kits and return cooler boxes.
