Darren has developed, launched, scaled and influenced numerous high-impact programs and lived or worked in complex global environments, leading multinational teams to grow health and development programs from Africa to Asia. Darren understands the power of a quick and accurate diagnosis, and is passionate about accessible healthcare. He sees SiteLabs and independent pharmacies being a big part of that solution. Darren and his wife now call upstate South Carolina home. Between living and working overseas, founding a business, and raising 3 adventure-loving children into young adults, his favorite phrase has become "what could possibly go wrong?"

Darren Schaupp, CEO

Warren is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with more than 30 years of success within healthcare services, pharmaceutical distribution, and group purchasing.

Warren also currently serves as a board member at Buckelew Programs, a nonprofit that provides mental health services to Marin, Napa, and Sonoma Counties. He enjoys mountain biking in the hills of Marin County, California, and spending time with his three adult daughters. 

Warren Dodge, Head of Growth

Paige is an RN and has worked in a variety of settings from rehab and geriatrics to Covid care and testing centers. She started with SiteLabs in August 2021, and has loved helping pharmacy owners expand their business and serve communities. Paige recently relocated to East Texas with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys watching her husband coach baseball, hanging out on the lake, and walking her labrador retriever.

Paige Ralson, Customer Support Manager

Kristi joined the SiteLabs team in December of 2021. She has a broad background in healthcare as a certified occupational therapy assistant, and has also worked in the behavioral health field. Kristi is the SiteLabs team lead for the New York State Testing Program, and has been instrumental in implementing testing programs in independent pharmacies. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband Matthew and her chocolate lab Rhys. In her free time, Kristi enjoys watching the Philadelphia Phillies and spending time with her large family!

Joe has been creating and maintaining websites for 4 years and has a passion for optimizing the use of technology. He loves crafting the best user experience for end users and pharmacies alike. Recently Joe has enjoyed doing small home renovation projects, and watching his two young kids grow up and enjoy life. 

Joe Holder, Website and eCommerce Manager

Tim joined SiteLabs in July 2021. He is a self-taught computer developer with 18 years of experience. Working from the bottom up, he enjoys wrangling data and building sensible solutions. Starting in 2004, he ran a small computer repair and consulting business. In 2007, Tim built an in-house patient management system that integrated the medical practice's EMR, which is still operating to this day! Tim and his wife Jenn live in upstate South Carolina and also run a laser engraving and design company.

Tim Murakami, Operations Manager

Jared started working with the SiteLabs team in February 2022. He brings 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including CRM implementation and social media strategy. Jared has a Master’s of Science in Marketing with a Graduate Certificate in Social Media Marketing, and occasionally writes and teaches college marketing courses. When he’s not helping pharmacies market their testing programs, Jared runs a music studio and teaches Kindermusik, violin, piano, and ukulele. He lives in South Carolina with his wife and two kids.

Jared Trudel, Marketing Manager

Melonie is a mathematician turned graphic designer. While studying Applied Mathematics at North Greenville University, she also discovered a passion and skill in visual arts. She taught college and high school math for 3 years, but ultimately it was the arts that won her heart. Melonie took on graphic design in 2019 and hasn’t looked back. She is passionate about helping businesses connect to their audiences through creative visual designs. In her free time, Melonie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and making new friends in her community.
